We need your help!

With the current economic downturn, donations to the ministry have dropped off 50%  in the last few months.  This means that we have needed to cut back on the Rice and Beans program from every week to 3 times per month.  This was a tough decision to make but we are running out of funds.

Please prayerfully consider giving  to help maintain the Rice and Beans program.  Over 7500 people rely on our help with getting just one cup of Rice and  1/2 cup of Beans for nourishment each week.  Please help us to help them.

     The Least of These Ministries is a non-denominational Christian organization  that is dedicated to assisting the Haitian harvesters who live in work camps in the Dominican Republic.  These work camps are known as bateys and offer little more than basic protection from the elements.  Those living in the bateys have very little work and virtually no means to raise money for food and other basic necessities.  Batey children have little or no clothing, very little food and the infant death rates runs about 30 %

The Least of These Ministries is dedicated to helping people in the bateys near the Barahona area of the Dominican Republic.  By providing one meal per week of rice and beans, The Least of These Ministries is helping to give nourishment both physically and spiritually to help those living is destitute. Currently the Least of These ministries is providing food for 5000 people on a weekly basis.  There are still another 7,000 people in the area that we cannot reach because of budget limitations.  With your help, this ministry would be able to feed more.
