In January, a team of seven traveled down to serve alongside our Board member, Jacki Stranathan, who began a year of Missionary service in Barahona just a week before the team arrived. This team worked with local construction crews to replace a couple of roofs and pour a concrete floor, held Bible schools for the kids, served with the Food Distribution team, visited the hospital, and visited community members.
